Domestic Shipping Rates: 

• You must use a street address for Express delivery, as Express cannot deliver to PO Boxes, or to military APO/FPO addresses.

PO Box Shipping Addresses

• You should select the USPS Delivery options if shipping to a PO Box.

Shipping/Handling and Delivery for International

Though you may live a long way from Dogtowne (North Little Rock, AR USA), we want you to feel welcome and would like to thank you for shopping at Dogtowne Dry Goods. We are happy to ship orders across the globe via USPS First Class International Mail. Priority shipping is not available for international orders. 

Return Policy

** Any returns or exchanges must be in the original condition with the tags still attached. Dog toys and accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges. **

If you have something you want to return, please contact us with the reason for your return.  If approved, we will then email you a shipping label that you can print and use to ship the product(s) back to us.  A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.  

For exchanges, please contact us with the reason for your exchange, and the item you would like in return. The item you select must be of equal or lesser value to the item you originally purchased. Items will need to be in unused condition and in the original packaging. If approved, we will send you receive a return label that you will use to ship the item back to us at the address below. You’ll receive free standard shipping on the exchange order.
